Our platform is completely free for consumers. We earn a referral fee when a driver is matched with a provider — but our matching algorithm is not pay-to-play. Provider ranking in our system is based on customer satisfaction scores, claims transparency, pricing fairness, and contract quality, not advertising spend. A provider cannot buy their way to the top of our results.

We don't accept any company that fills out an application. Every provider in our network has passed a multi-point review process.
We verify that every provider is properly licensed to operate in the states where they sell contracts. Unlicensed sellers are immediately disqualified.
We review each provider's financial structure to confirm they have adequate reserves or reinsurance in place to pay claims. Undercapitalized providers have no place in our network.
We review BBB accreditation status, complaint resolution history, and independent review scores on platforms like Trustpilot and Google. Patterns of unresolved complaints are disqualifying.
Our team reads every contract we encounter. We flag excessive exclusions, ambiguous language, short waiting periods designed to deny early claims, and cancellation policies that make it difficult to exit.
We collect and analyze claims experience data from real drivers. Providers with high denial rates on legitimate claims or slow payment histories receive lower scores.
We verify that providers allow repairs at any ASE-certified repair facility. Restrictive shop networks are flagged and scored down accordingly.
