Terms of Use

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website warrantymatchpro.com (the "Site"), operated by WarrantyMatchPro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

WarrantyMatchPro is an independent lead generation and comparison platform that connects consumers seeking vehicle service contract quotes with licensed providers and administrators in our network. We are not a vehicle service contract provider, insurer, warrantor, or manufacturer. We do not underwrite, sell, or administer vehicle service contracts.

By submitting a quote request form, you authorize us to share your information with matched network partners who may contact you regarding vehicle service contracts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Site or submit a quote request. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request form. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate matches and may violate applicable law. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission we believe contains fraudulent or false information.

4. No Warranty on Matches or Quotes

WarrantyMatchPro does not guarantee that you will be matched with any specific provider, that any provider will contact you, or that any quotes provided will meet your expectations or represent the best available pricing. All vehicle service contract quotes are provided directly by independent third-party providers, not by WarrantyMatchPro.

We make no representations or warranties about the quality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any quote, contract, or coverage provided by matched network partners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRANTYMATCHPRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT PURCHASED FROM A NETWORK PARTNER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

7. Third-Party Relationships

WarrantyMatchPro is not a party to any vehicle service contract between you and a network partner. We are not responsible for the performance, claims handling, coverage decisions, or conduct of any network partner. Any disputes regarding a vehicle service contract must be resolved directly with the contract provider.

Network partners are independent contractors. Their inclusion in our network does not constitute an endorsement of their products or services beyond our vetting criteria described at about.html.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of WarrantyMatchPro or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property claims.

You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against WarrantyMatchPro.
