Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WarrantyMatchPro (the "Site"), located at warrantymatchpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WarrantyMatchPro ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

WarrantyMatchPro is a vehicle service contract matching service that helps consumers learn about vehicle service contracts. Our service allows users to enter their vehicle information and receive personalized information about vehicle service contract options from third-party providers.

Important: WarrantyMatchPro does not sell vehicle service contracts directly. We are not a vehicle service contract provider, administrator, dealer, or insurer. We facilitate connections between consumers and third-party providers. Vehicle service contracts are not insurance products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete vehicle and personal information
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our express written permission
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Third-Party Providers

WarrantyMatchPro connects you with third-party vehicle service contract providers. When you submit your information through our Site:

• Your information may be shared with one or more vehicle service contract providers
• Providers may contact you directly regarding coverage options
• Any vehicle service contract you purchase is a direct agreement between you and the provider — WarrantyMatchPro is not a party to that agreement
• We do not guarantee the terms, pricing, coverage, or quality of any provider's products or services
• Information on our Site is for educational purposes and may not reflect every consumer's experience

Compensation Disclosure

WarrantyMatchPro may receive compensation from vehicle service contract providers for leads we deliver. The information on this site is for educational purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or recommendations provided through the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WARRANTYMATCHPRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT PURCHASED THROUGH A PROVIDER FOUND ON THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of WarrantyMatchPro or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The WarrantyMatchPro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WarrantyMatchPro. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WarrantyMatchPro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WarrantyMatchPro regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
